Empowered Pathways House Guest Agreement

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Empowered Pathways (“Home”) and the undersigned guest (“Guest”). By signing below, Guest agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein during their residence at Empowered Pathways.

1. Purpose of Stay:

• Guest acknowledges that the purpose of their stay at Empowered Pathways is for recovery and personal growth in a supportive environment.

2. Abstinence from Substances:

• Guest agrees to maintain complete abstinence from alcohol, illegal drugs, and non-prescribed medications while residing at Empowered Pathways.

3. Compliance with House Rules:

• Guest agrees to adhere to all house rules established by Empowered Pathways, including but not limited to curfew, attendance at house meetings, and participation in scheduled activities.

4. Respect for Others:

• Guest commits to treating fellow residents and staff with respect, kindness, and empathy. Privacy and personal boundaries are to be honored at all times.

5. Contribution and Financial Responsibility:

• Guest agrees to contribute to the financial obligations of residence as outlined in the agreed-upon terms. This may include rent, utilities, and any other agreed-upon contributions.

6. Participation in Programs:

• Guest is encouraged to actively engage in recovery programs, therapy sessions, and other activities designed to support personal development.

7. Compliance with Twelve-Step Approach:

• Guest acknowledges and agrees to comply with the Twelve-Step approach embedded in the philosophy of Empowered Pathways.

8. Drug Testing:

• Guest understands that random drug testing may be conducted to ensure compliance with the abstinence policy.

9. Termination of Agreement:

• Empowered Pathways reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and request the departure of Guest if there is a breach of any terms outlined herein.

10. Confidentiality:

• Guest agrees to respect the confidentiality of other residents and the affairs of Empowered Pathways.

11. Release of Liability:

• Guest releases Empowered Pathways, its staff, and any affiliated individuals from any liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during their stay.

12. Agreement Duration:

• This Agreement is effective upon signing and shall remain in force until the agreed-upon duration or until terminated by either party with a 30-day notice.
